Tata SKY Settop Box NOT being replaced by Customer Service

I am a TATA SKY Customer with subscriber ID (1016734293). The settop box is having some issue and most of the time displays 'NO SIGNAL'. I need to restart it manually every time. In the month of Jan 2023, a technician from TATA SKY visited and stated issue is with box and stated it will be replaced and charged 100 rupees as visiting charge (automatically deducted from account balance).
As of today 15 Sep 2023, issue is NOT resolved and every alternate day i need to restart the entire box.
Now, again on contacting the customer care, I was informed to pay 200 rupees for the technician visit OR pay 350 rupees for settop box replacement.
TATA SKY has provided a Fault box and forcing me to pay extra money to resolve the issue.

I request to help me here. settop box needs to be replaced for free as i was provided with fault box.
