I have been recharging DTH from Videocon for my TV set. From 14.7.19, my TV set was not getting any channel. I called them on phone and they said me to keep set top box switch on for 10 minutes. I did the same but not got connected. Whenever I called they, they keep saying the same things. After many calles, they finally connected to the Supervisor who said that the settop box must have some problem. He told me that he would send the Technician. They then sent me message on 19.7.19 with complaint No.736114696 for my ID 137731543 that the complaint would be resolved on 20.7.19. But it was not resolved. From then onwards, whenever I call them they were telling that the complaint would be resolved in eight working hours. I made repeated calls. They even said that the lost days would be compensated/credited to my account once connection is restored. No one came from them till 01.08.19. As my family were not getting entertainment in their free time for several days in a row, I got the settop box repaired from a private technician on 2.8.19. Thus the connection restored to my TV set. Today I called them and asked for compensation of the lost days. They immediately stopped service and sent a message that the Account was with insufficient balance and recharge immediately. If I try to call them again, they are disconnecting the call. No consumer should face such agony as I faced with Videocon D2H service. Please do justice from your side. Thanking you.
