Failed to activate my DTH account after recharge

I have recharged my subdirect DTH account on 12/11/2022in online via sundirect official website using my google pay for sum of 1740. From my end payment is successfull,

After I getting to know that my account is not activated even after successfull recharge, I contacted customer support, later they eye washed by saying it will be resolved within 24 hrs.
Even I waited 24 hrs later on 13/11/2022 again I contacted customer, this time they endedup saying your transaction is unsuccessful and your amount will be refunded by six to Seven days.
But before this on the same day I have received a sms saying your complaint is resolved to your satisfaction (even this was received at the same time of registrant my complaint) whereas still my complaint is not resolved.

But I have clear proof for successful payment from my end
