STOPPING OF MY DTH CONNECTION

Dear sir,
I am having Videocon DTH connection. My user id is 147372257.
I had taken new connection. For first month HD pack was given free with its one month subscription.
For continuing for the second month I paid six month subscription amount online. But after about 4 months they stopped my channel informing your balance is zero. While complaining to customer care they informed that they have deducted Rs. 125 per month extra for HD channel. I informed that I have never subscribe for HD channel as it is of no use to me as my TV is CRT old model. They informed that as I have not informed them to discontinue free HD pack given for first month, it is kept continued and the charges were deducted accordingly. I informed that Videocon must confirm the continuation the HD pack as it was given free by them. I have never asked or subscribed for HD pack. If at all it was required I had subscribed for the same. I was under impression that one month free HD pack shall expired automatically on completion of stipulated period. This is un ethical practice & you must credit same amount to my account immediately & re start my connection. Even after lapse of more then 2 months same has not been started & now they are not replying to my mail also. Kindly do the needful in the subject matter & inform Videocon to credit equivalent amount with interest & start my cable connection. It is illegal to keep consumer deprive off entertainment for not resolving the issue.
