I have done the booking for Reliance Big Tv on 1st March 2018 by paying an advance amount of Rs 499 twice. The company promised delivery within 45 days but it's been 6 months since then and I have not received the dth set-top box. And the response from the company side is very disappointing. I am literally fed up. The company should refund the amount if they are not in a position to deliver the product. To add to this now the customer care mobile no. is not reachable. Heights of disappointment. I have mailed the same issue to the company but no response from their side

I had booked reliance big tv under pre-booking scheme of Rs. 499/- on 12 March, 2018. My booking id is 14519852. As per the message, it was promised that the set-top box will be delivered within 30 to 45 days. It's been around 6 months now and I am still waiting for the set-top-box to be delivered by Reliance. I have called your customer service team several times in the past 6 months to know the status, and every time there's a standard response that the system is upgrading and you don't have any information about the booking at all. There customer care executives were very rude, hardly gives any information & hung up on me. Now, their customer service number is not even in existence. This has happened with thousands of people. After too many intimations, I had finally approached the Consumer Court & filed a complaint against them under the complaint ID: 712293.
Now I want my money back i.e. 499 + compensation for 6 months.
