Account deactivation and irrelevant charges at agra and took tata sky connection.

sir, i am a serving in indian air force. i was at agra and took tata sky connection. now i am posted at Air Force Hasimara, i set my tata sky here and it worked for two days from 02-03 aug.on 04 aug my dish distrubbed due to monkeys activities. i tried to rectify it, but, unknowingly i select first time installation setup. then i was unable to reset it so i called to tata sky help line no. they told me to do relocation and it will charge rs 300/- i agreed with that and told to do it. they said me to get a call from maintenance staff. then i got call from them about mechenic visit that he will come and reset my connection and i have to give rs 300/- to him. on 11 aug their mechenic mr bibin roy come to my quarter and change my set-top box and start my tv. when asked him for charges of it. he told sir, you need not to pay any penny it's free. i was happy to listen it and ask about rs 300/-, he told me sir, need not to pay it also free. in the same evening i got call from maintenance staff about completion of complaint. i confirmed them about it and informed that mechenic replaced my set-top box and cable 10 mtr. and did't charge any money, he told me it's free. then maintenance staff said yes sir it's , it's free. i was vey happy with this service. on 17 aug i got a message on mobile that "Greetings from tata sky, charges payble towards wo# 16xyjm62 completed on 16/08/2018 is Rs.712/-, for queries please call 1860 208 6633. i did'n understand it, so i called their no. tata sky representative told me that sir you have to pay Rs. 712/- for new set-top box. then i told him that i was told by your mechenic and staff that it was free and now you are charging me. and if it's chargeble then why did't your staff told me, if, it's chargeble, it's my wish to get changed or not. i don't want this new box, replaced it with my old one. then the rep told me, sir please give us 4 days time, we will check it with our maintenance staff and mechenic that what was happened beetween you and us. then we will call you back after 4 day. and my complaint no. is 171G7C6P it was ok. but, after 5 minutes i got another message that "tata sky id 1173299338 (my id) has been deactivated due to low balance. Monthly charges Rs 885". Then i call back to tata sky and asked why did you deactiveted my account? they told me sir, it's charged against relocation. i told that, i have complained against and you gave me 4 days time to resolve it, then why you are deactivate my account now. he told me that sir, your complaint is on with us, we will inform you when it will clear. i request them many time includinding their senior too. but they told that your account can't activate, if you want to activate it, you have to recharge your account. i said that, sir, if i will recharge it with my monthly charge Rs 260/- then also you will n't activate it and you will debit this amount too. i request you to activate my account, and once my complaint get solve, if i will liable to pay you Rs 712/-, i will pay you. but, they refused to activate it. then i told them to give my old set-top box back and my left account money to me, because i don't want to have your new box and your service. but they are telling the same thing that sir, we will call you back once complaint solved. but, i don't want to be their user and asking them for my money. it's disturbing my mental as well as family peace, and my service life too. sir, please help me
