Me Aajam pada, Shahganj, Agra me rehta hu. 15/07/2016 se mera digi cable connection kharab pada he. 15/07/2016 se lekar aaj 26/08/2016 tak digi cable walo ne mera connection sahi nahi kiya he. Me daily Shyamveer ko 8923412994 no. call karta raha or roz shyamveer yahi kehta ki kal kar dunga. Magar shyamveer ek din bhi check karne nahi aaya. Fir mene 21/08/2016 ko inki complain Complain Board portal par kar di. Complain karne ke agle din (22/08/2016) mere pass digi cable se kisi Manoj ka call 7417200000 no.se aaya, usne ashvasan diya ki aaj yani 22/08/2016 ko aapka cable connection thik ho jayega. uske baad 2 din kuch nahi hua. mene manoj ko fir call kiya tab 24/08/2016 ko shyamveer finaly mere ghar pahucha. but usne kuch nahi kiya. or aaj 26/08/2016 tak meri problem vese ki vesi he. Mene shyamveer ko call kiya wo usne call rec, nahi kiya mene 25/08/2016 ko manoj ko call kiya usne bhi call rec. nahi kiya. Sir, Digi cable walo ne ki wajah se mujhe kaafi mansik problem ho rahi he. Please in logo ko esa punishment diya jaaye jisse inoko inki ookat pata lag jaye. Or me ab inke khilaf consumer court, Agra me me case file karunga. in haramzado ko chhodunga nahi.
