Hello,
Myself Brijesh Agrawal from Goolar Road Area, Aligarh. We have purchased two set-top box from DEN company dated on 1-12-2015 and 15-3-2016. We have received no cash memo slip for purchase of these set-top box.
The activation date of the card was a year ago from the date of purchase but they told us to use them as they take guarantee of their own.
We have paid the monthly rent to them 2 days ago of both set-top box but still they cut the dish supply and ask us to pay the penalty and more money to get the supply of the dish. On our ask to submit back the set-top box, they denied and forcibly told us to make them extra money and the penalty charges.
We do not want to use their service now but they are not returning back security which they had taken at the time installing of set-top box without giving us any receipt of it.
Please help us!
