Not getting Validity as per their plan

Hi

This is Dinesh Khari here, I have recharged by VC No 01524629750 from Dish TV for Rs. 270 as per their monthly plan ( Family Plan) now instead of giving me they are giving validity of 15 days. Even I wasted by 30-45 mins and telephone cost to give them required details.
