I have done recharge worth rs 159 and amount deducted from my account was 167 for sun direct tv but

I have done recharge of plan 159 rs but amount deducted from my upi was 167 through phone pe app recharge was done and at that time they were saying recharge is under process and will be done within a few minutes but two hours has passed away and my recharge still has not been done.. moreover in their help chat dth recharge complaint is not filed only Mobile recharge complaints are dealt there...
