Hi,

I called videocon d2h customer care on 29th december and requested for a new set top box and they have promised to resolve the query in next 24 hours and after that one of their dealer called and told me that we cannot provide this service to you and you can inform to customer care and then again i called them and asked for problem resolution and they given a deadline of 30th Dec till 6 PM. but till now they haven't taken any action and this is not the first time they did it i suffered in the past also because of them. I appeal to take a strict action against them.
