Respected sir,
I bought Videocon d2h HD stb three months ago whose remote stops working from time to time. I can't even change the channel. I think it's pairing issue. I did contacted d2h customer service center but it was only after 15 days that a technician was sent to my house.
The technician suggested me to replace my RF remote with a non RF one since there is some set of box software issues from your (d2h service provider) part.
