they are charging extra every month for the package, which is not activated on my second set-top box, I have registered a complaint with them but they are not attending(complaint number is (321erxbr). They are charging me every 15 or 20 days for a binge on my second set top box. Not charging altogether. I have just recharged but still, I am not able to watch on my tv. For proof, I am attaching the screenshot of last month in which nothing is activated in my second box. and now I have changed my pack again.
