I booked online DTH installation by independent TV on around 16th Oct 2018. On onder, no confirmation mail or msg was received by me. My booking id is R70004595 . Since 16/10/18, i am awaiting for installation and I did numerous calls to customer care but they made me false promises of installation date. Now I like to cancel the order but customer care person refuse to cancel. Kindly help me to get my money back.
