Few days before pongal my account got freezed without giving an intimation so asked the branch manager she said a complaint received from Pune so i asked the Branch Manager to give me the proof of the same she was rude and said i am arguing with her and said cant give you those infos
As I am the Savings Bank account holder before freezing my account intimation has to be given either by a a message or a call from any of their branch executives or through some source so nothing received - so without giving a particular reason or not giving any proof why my account got freezed.
Need the paper proof so kindly let me know the steps to follow as the Branch Manager name Shera saleem and her number is +91-8110970317 and her email id is [email protected]
My 3 months salary is in that account and also to utilise for my daily expenses my atm card blocked and i am newly married person so need to spend from that account only and my current balance is Rs.89,924/- i need to pay my home rent also

I used a South Indian Bank ATM card for a transaction.
The amount was debited twice from my account, but never credited to the account.
No action even after 8 months.
NEVER USE A SIB CARD.
