Bank of India Does not able to activated Internet banking facility.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Yogesh Khushiram Solanki. I have saving account in State Bank of India, Branch Ramtek, Dist. Nagpur.
I get Internet banking Kit along with the Kit Number, UserId and Password from the bank on 14/01/2017. When I tried to login the kit number is invalid message shows even if I entered the right KIT Number.
I contacted to customer care but they were not able to do any help. Currently, I am residing in Pune, and it is not possible to visit the branch at Ramtek, because it is around 900 km from here. So I requested to you to get solve my problem ASAP. A/C No is 30417388316.

I am hoping to get resolve my issue ASAP.
