REGARDING DEDUCTION AMOUNT have booked the LPG cylender on date 12 Jan 2017

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have booked the LPG cylender on date 12 Jan 2017.yesterday online payment through net banking but i received the message from IOCL made online payment transfer amount of Rs.580/- from my account, and i received the mesaage from my bank your amount debited of Rs.598.42/-, refund extra cut amount of Rs.18.42/- in my given account

So please let me know the differences as this amount is deducted for LPG booking only.
