R/S 8 july 2018 ,42000/- deduct from my account thro'debit card without swiping.my saving account in PNB Bank Chandni chownk branch.Sirsa. My a/c no. is 3326000101514602 Name Narinder Kumar.for which PNB Bank is totally responsible because i send many request on 5607040 for otp to start my debit card as guided by bank staff.but 10 june to 4 july i send many request but no OTP send by bank.i want to claim 5,00000/- from pnb bank as penelty for giving me depression in addition to 42000/-.pls help me.
