Sir,
1. I have sweep account jointly with my daughter Smriti, in SBI. The sweep did not work between 03 Apr 2018 to 23 Apr 2018. I have complained the manager many times in writing and email/whatsapp. It worked only on 24 Apr 2018. Again the sweep also did not work on 01 may 2018 again. The manager says it is from "upper se and behind".
2. I am getting loss due to interest amount financially and harassment with waste of time in visiting the bank.
3. It is requested to take strict action against the bank for failure in providing services.
