This is brought to your kind notice that Gobind RAM saving account is in circular road branch(50699)and in Subhash Nagar sbi branch(50185). customer pan no .AUUPR4590Eand tax exemption form 15 H has already been submitted in both banks for the year 2016/17,2017/18,2018/19 instead of this TDs of RS 13107 has been deducted on dt 31/3/18 on fds.customer is wandering in both banks to refund TDs deducted bal.but bank authorities is giving lame excuse that due to technical error your TDs has been deducted.we can't refund your deducted TDs.After so many requests they send request at h.q that customer has already submitted his pan and 15 h and to refund deducted TDs in his A/c.20 percent tax has been deducted on TDs interest.there is no fault of customer.customer is aged person of nearabout 74and unable to go to bank again and again.only this interest is his earning source which is not taxable .but your banks are not ready to co-operate with customerand to refund his deducted TDs.H.q is also not responding to mails sent by banks.scan copy of 15 h and pan of customer for year 2017/18 has already mailed by circular road branch to chd. head branch.but all in vain customer is forced to wander in these bank to refund his deducted TDs.you are requested to do needful to refund deducted TDs of customer and also direct to your banks to cooperate with customer to refund TDs.subhash Nagar branch staff behaviour is not good.they speak in harsh language to customer.customer has to wander again and again for simple work.plj do needful in this matter.
