I had an idea postpaid sim when I opt to switch the network from idea to other I received a call from idea backend team and they offered some plans and said those are free for you please remain with idae, in next cycle bill they added false charge on my bill when I talked to customer care in starting they refused to accept it, later on, they accepted and said this much of amount will be credit to you and reflect to your account soon. they didn\'t vaived single rupee and when i again called them they refuse to accept it, and adding countiniously false charges so, i was just paying the plan amout and suddenly stoped my service and sending notice later and sharing one contact which is out of reach. tottaly doing fraud to earn money from customers .
