My GST mail hasn't received till yet I had done all type of mails everything

Hello sir,
I applied for GST registration after the registration I had received that ARN NOS on my mail on 14th of July after that there was a query the query was solved and then the status of approval came on 8 the August I had mailed several times and called too the GST helpdesk every time they say your complain has been forwarded to higher official wait for two days ...waiting waiting one month has passed till now no action has been taken by them because of GST I can't even work and my export business has been stopped because of that help me for that
