False commitments, UNFORTUNATELY I AM MEMBER OF CLUB MAHINDRA

HELLO,
UNFORTUNATELY I AM MEMBER OF CLUB MAHINDRA (ID – 2674036)
WHEN I TOOK MEMBERSHIP IT WAS PROMISED ME TO GIVE 8 DAYS COMPLIMENTARY. IT WAS PROMISED BY SO CALLED REGIONAL MANAGER MR. JUBER.
HOWEVER WHEN I GOT MEMBERSHIP, I GOT ONLY 4 DAYS. WHICH CAN BE UTILIZED AT ANY RESORT EXCEPT LONAVALA
AFTER ESCALATION TO MANY PLACES, I GOT VOUCHERS FOR 4 DAYS, SO I WAS EXPECTING THE SAME SERVICE, that is VOUCHER CAN BE UTILIZED AT ANY RESORT EXCEPT LONAVALA
I USED TWO DAYS VOUCHER & REMAINING 2 DAYS I EXTENDED RECENTLY & I CAME TO KNOW RECENTLY THAT THIS VOUCHER WHICH I EXTENDED DOESNT GIVE FLEXIBILITY TO BOOK ANY RESORT, I CAN BOOK ONLY 35 RESORTS.
AT FIRST PLACE PROMISE WAS NOT KEPT, I GOT LESS DAYS, SECOND I GOT VOUCHER BUT THE RESORTS ARE LIMITED.
MY QUESTION IS, IS THIS VOUCHER WAS GIVEN TO ME AS A CHARITY ? AS A FAVOR ? MY EXPECTATION IS, I PAID FOR THIS & IT WAS PROMISED TO ME, SO I EXPECT IT.
I SEE ITS COMPLETE LAKE OF COMMITMENT FROM COMPANY LIKE CLUB MAHINDRA. LOT OF MY TIME IS WASTED IN ESCALATION & EXPLAINING BASIC DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS TO YOUR EMPLOYEES.

I ALSO WANT TO CHECK WHAT ACTIONS CLUB MAHINDRA HAS TAKEN AGAINST MR.JUBER ? THE WAY HE TREATED CUSTOMER AFTER TAKING MEMBERSHIP IS VERY SURPRISING. TIER 3 HOTELS PROVIDE MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMMITMENT THAN CLUB MAHINDRA SALES TEAM
