Purchased a commode from AlBait ceramics in Bandra, Mumbai which was supposed to be a quality checked piece. However, after fitting it, we realized that the commode was crooked. Lodged a complaint with Parryware and sent photographs of the defective piece. They sent an person to my house who also confirmed that the piece was defective. Now Parryware is only replacing the commode but not paying for the fitting. Why should I pay twice to fit the commode when it is their fault in the first place?
