New saving account non activation & blockage of fund's

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Rahul Raghav, I had applied for saving bank account with kotak on 20th Aug 2016, The two representative contacted me and collected the documents. Verification also has been done twice by bankers they had provided me insta kit and collected the cheque of 11000 Rs & salary 66000 Rs have which has been cleared coupled of weeks back. Now it is almost 30 days my account has not been activated.

I am following up with the bank but they are not providing me any satisfactory reply. They always say that it will take a day or two.

I request you to please look in to the matter and do the need full.
