Dear sir,
I use Axis Bank Credit Card.I did not know much about credit cards. I lodged my complaint through Customer Care and wanted to get some information.Some amount was wrongly added while paying the bill, which I told customer care, he assured me that this money will be returned to you.But after that, my money never came back even after he spoke and I filed a complaint after that but I did not get any benefit.I tried many times to withdraw my amount but I never got any response.And in the end, when I was unable to pay my 3 month bill, the money was deducted from my savings account.And my civil was spoiled.After that my credit card has been locked and completed my own payment. butDespite all this, I have not had any hearing till date and what was promised to me to return the money has not come back till date. Rather my civil has been harmed a lot.I have all that record once again through false commented customer care.
