unauthorized transaction

This is in reference to the subject I am an account holder in SBI branch. My account details are as under;
Account Name- BEENA GAUTAM, Saving Account No.- 2011 421 4121
Branch Code:- SBIN0003066, Maharajpur, Bharat Nagar, Ghaziabad.
Wife of:- Late Sh. GYANENDRA PAL GAUTAM
Also, I would like to mention that I am a 70 years old widow lady getting some pension in above mentioned account.
Please note that I have done my last transaction from my above-mentioned account on 11.08.2019 by cash withdrawal of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand only) from Gaushala Road (92221 ATM) Ghaziabad and after this transaction my account balance was Rs. 114578/-.
After that on 24.11.2019, I went to ATM to withdraw Rs. 10000/- and found that there was insufficient fund message displayed. I took the passbook print and came to know that my account has only Rs. 155/- and all money showing deducted in passbook print from my account which I have not withdrawn.

After above withdrawals, min. balance came Rs. 155/-
After that immediately on same day (24.11.2019) we called SBI customer care to inform the incident and request for necessary action and next day on 25.11.2019 we visited home branch to log our complaint. The complaint ticket nos. from home branch customer care are as below

Also, we have logged our complaint in Police Station- Ghaziabad (Complaint No. 1992)
Therefore, I request to you to make necessary enquiry to get refund of my deducted money in above mentioned account at earliest as I am a widow pension holder and need money for my survivals and emergencies may occur any time.
