My self Mr.Ramashankar Dubey 5 years ago I have taken a term insurance plan from ICICI Prudential Gola Bazar Gorakhpur U.P in the name of my wife Mrs Kalawati Dubey.One of the bank employee told me that there's a scheme that if you deposited 2.5 lakh you will get 5 lakh after 5 years but at the time of maturity date they denied that there is no such type of scheme or plan and they will pay only rs 2.59 lakh.My policy no. Is 18877373
Its my humble request to please do the needful regarding my complaint
