Denial of change of mutilated currency note - Indian Bank

I went to Indian bank for changing a mutilated currency note, which is responsibility of banks as per RBI guidelines. But they denied and branch manager behaved very badly and threatened me to make different fake allegations against me after calling police. All the activity was captured in cctv cameras so anybody can see by tracking the cctv footage of same date. It was the date of 05/09/2017 or 04/09/2018.
