Financial loss and harassment due to wrong functioning of ATM machine- account debited but cash not

On 12.06.2019 i tried to withdraw Rs 20000/- from SBI ATM No.S1BB004117002 from my SBI Saving A/c 20165979269 which transaction no is 12Jun19Txn#1206. I haven't received the cash but my account was debited. After lodging a complaint no.5614880959 to SBI, my claim was accepted and my account was credited Rs 20000/- on 17.06.2019.
In between on 17.06.2019 a cheque of Rs. 8828 presented by LIC HFL was bounced and my account was debited with Rs 590/- as Cheque Returned charge by SBI Bank.
My credibility with LIC HFL was damaged due to bouncing of cheque and also they fined Rs 450 for cheque bouncing charge to me.
All this financial loss, incredibility and mental harassment was faced by me due to problem of your SBI ATM Machine.
Now i need Rs 5000/- as compensation for this problem from SBI Bank.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
