First of all I would like to close the Savings Account account from this bank since long time(August 2017) but they are keep on dragging the things till today. And more over I m not able to withdraw the balance amount of 15000+ rupees from this account.
I am trying complete this process since August 2017, as account is in dormitory status so the bank staff suggested me to submit required documents to activate my account first from dormitory status and then only modifications can be done. Again I have submitted Notary with address proof on jan 16 2018. Still now there is no update and again some KYC problem arised today. When bank not able to close the customer account when they need, what type of service is was? and how long it will take ? if customer want to close the account why should again the account need to be re activate or why should i submit all documents again and again? and My documents are Genuine and I am a taxpayer as well, so what else they want me to prove my identity or Native.
