Unauthorised bank transction issue with Andhra bank Management

Iam Andhra bank customer since more than 15 years and I have a SB
salary account in Gannavaram Branch, Krishna dt Pin -521101. On 29th
Augt morning there was unauthorised transaction in my SB account.
Fraudster has obtained my ATM card information and transferred INR
26999/- @ 0205 AM to an unkown Account in Mumbai. I have received bank
SMS in the morning and rushed to local AB branch and got my ATM card
blocked.

I would like to inform this was fraud / illegal transaction happened
in the morning hours with out my knowledge, when ATM card and SB book
were with me. I would request your good self to file case and facilitate to refund my amount from this fruadster account situated in Mumbai.I request to share full details of the process to file a case against Andhra bank and FSS E-payments Mumbai.
