I have taken a loan from DHFL for Home in the year 2015 and it was a balance transfer case where the seller of the Home is already having a loan with DHFL. Thinking the loan process would easy I have also opted to get the loan from DHFL assuming all the documents would be with DHFL already and property transferred to my name I have submitted the sale deed to DHFL. In the month of sep 2017, i have transferred my loan to India bulls housing finance as the interest rate were very high in DHFL. When I requested to return all the original documents of the property which are with DHFL they have given only 14 pages out 20 pages of sales deed Document with Ref No: 3970/2012 Ref Date: 6/4/2012. Please Help in this regards
