Charged excess/ increase in service charges - HDFC Bank thane

I have opened HDFC bank account few months back but I have never requested them for SMS service. They started this service by themselves and started charging me for it. This is malpractice (https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/industry/banking/finance/banking/banks-charge-for-sms-not-in-line-with-rbi-guidelines-customers-ending-up-paying-more/articleshow/63615426.cms) which is happening across banking sector on regular basis. I have asked them 3 times but I am being asked to wait as there is no update on my complaint. Could you please look into it ? and ask them to resolve and refund it as soon as possible.? My complaint with HDFC : HBL=055-047-425 A/C no: 50100258139942

I am trying to contact their customer care representatives but they are blatantly ignoring my calls and messages. Tried contacting them on social media as well but these chor bank employees are ignoring my tweets as well.
