Money transfer by sender Satinderjit singh Bajwa of value seventy lakhs on 4th of October was made through Karur Vyasa bank to TD Trust Bank Canada , receiver was Davinder singh Sukhdev singh Bajwa.
Money was not accepted by TD Trust bank Canada , account holder Davinder singh Bajwa as name didn’t match banks details as fathers name was included in receivers name that is Davinder singh Sukhdev singh Bajwa instead of Davinder singh Bajwa.
Karur Vyasa bank made swift payment routed through ICICI bank Canada for TD Trust Bank Canada .Due to name difference payment was not accepted by TDTrust bank Canada .
Money has not been received back by sender Satinderjit singh Bajwa even after 14 days of sending it through Karur Vyasa bank
Inquiring with Karur Vyasa bank and it’s manager no concrete answer about paymentis received by sender even after 14 days of sending it .There is a huge loss of interest and and a huge loss to receiver as payment could be sent back ,due to non availability of funds.
Complaint by mail on 15 October was registered on Karur Vyasa customer care website . No action taken till now about payment status
Today 17 October called customer care no of KVB Bank ,mobile no 18602001916 but was told will revert back on 22 October Monday.complaint no registered was 828891.
Due to inaction on part of Karur Vyasa bank sender and receiver being brothers are in utmost amount of stress .pls consider the need and urgency to resolve the matter on urgent side and give strict directions to bank
