I have disputed the incoming or outgoing charges charged on 24th Nov 2023 on Nov 23 airtel bill.
I was at India around 11:30 PM and if you consider onsite time it recorded Vietnam mobile but I was in flight 9-30 PM BKK time. So how your network recorded incoming or outgoing call for given number.
I already send email of call register for 24th Nov 2023 and my ticket details.
You guys not checking that issue and just explaining IR charges again and again. If my mobile off or flight mode between given time how you charged me the call ir charges.
Regarding data pack my mobile is on international SIM data with SIM2 but your network changed me data charged.
I already provided all the necessary document that I was at India and no call log in airtel apps to the charged number.
