My airtel number is 8095185001, I am out of India from few months & suddenly from September month Airtel activated international data roaming without my consent. I got the email from Airtel that the service is activated with INR 145/month & after seeing that I informed Airtel to stop this service since I never asked for it. This is communicated in email to airtel & same is attached for reference also. And in the end of the bill cycle Airtel is charging for INR 2142 for the service which was never activated by me. Even after repeated calls customer executive are telling that "as per terms & condition we can enable any service and charge for it". Looking into their claim I would like to bring to the notice of consumer court that this is clear violation of rights of consumer, please look into the matter.
