Bharti Airtel Limited Complain - Network problem, Fake advertisements

I want to file a complaint on Bharti Airtel Limited, from past 5 to 6 years Airtel has been cheating customers. they have been advertising so much that airtel is best network. i can rate it zero. According to their advertisement they claim to provided the fastest 4G Network everywhere in india. i stay in the city were i dont believe network issues should be there 24*7 . Sometimes i can understand due to bad whether there could be network issues.. but this is too much i pay around 300rs every month for the service.. and i dont get the network or i have trouble calling .. first of all it is very difficult to call customer care since there is lot of things and by chance if the phone gets connected to customer support ,they only talk rubbish i even had a guy talking rudely. i have spent a lot on this network , i have face so many difficulties during my work . please i need justice .
