Accidental Damage claim made on 3rd Feb via Airtel Secure, SR-3945236 in accordance with T&C. Claim rejected stating 'Improper Handling'. No proper resolution provided even after continuous emails. Issue raised to Consumer Forum (1189320). I have providede the details of Email in ccreenshot attached.
