We've booked tickets on 24th Feb 2020 thru Paytm from Hyderabad to Mumbai for 22nd May 2020. As all the flights are cancelled during lockdown, I need a refund of the same.
Air India has credited the amount to credit shell which has to be utilised for air travel till Sep 30 2020.
As the conditions in Mumbai were not good, we couldn't travel to Mumbai by Sep 30.
Isn't it unfair to put a restriction to travel by Sep 30.
You can either refund the amount or allow us to use it without restriction indefinitely.
