Happy Easy go is not processing the refund even after the airlines has authorized the refund for the flight from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad on May 2nd as Indigo has cancelled their operation due to bad whether.
After contacting the customer support, they just said after 72 hours we will confirm but no one is responding again
