Request to refund a sum of Rs30999 from online travel agency YATRI4TRAVEL. I have been contacted through email as well as through cell phone by yatri4travel hotel booking agency since Nov 2015. Before I was not aware of the agency. I was planning to tour Mumbai so I asked every details. Rajesh Mehta from agency told don’t worry for anything and I will take care to get the booking for Mumbai from 28th Dec 2015. He told me to record the conversation for future reference if my words gone wrong. I trusted and booked on 19th November for 6D 5N package at Rs 12999 for 3 to 4 star property, Promo id Y4TRM1546. I waited and applied on 24th Nov to get booking for Mumbai from 28Th Dec 2015. Every day I called the support team to get the booking update but no one picked my phone but Rajesh was still assuring to get the confirmation. Hence I booked the flight tickets considering to get hotel confirmation. Since days are getting closed and didn’t get confirmation. After not got any confirmation till 11th Dec. I requested to cancel and refund. Then the first email came with cancellation policy. But what I was told by Rajesh all went wrong. He apologized for the not getting booking. I was working in Oman and it cost me around 8000 Rs for calling them. At the end we came to a deal to keep the booking open till 20th Dec 2016. Due to this I have to book hotel for Mumbai business trip through Oyo room. Again I was planning to use my left 6D 5N package to utilize in Agra and Khajuraho. I sent the booking request on 5th Feb 2016 which will start from 27th march 2016. I tried calling from Kuwait and sending email but same issue no reply. Due to some reason I informed to reschedule the booking now from 4th April 2016 on 12th Feb. Even though the response was not good. I called them to confirm about the booking issue and asked them why nobody answering the call then they started fabricating story. They told we have received the booking request and will update your booking details before 25th Feb. As said we waited till 27th Feb. but no response then I called to get the details but again fabricated new story. They gave us booking status for different days 2nd march. Again I have to call them and sent them email to update the booking date. They never ever read the emails . Currently they sent the booking status from 4th April but now for Non Air Condition rooms and only for three days for Agra and nothing mentioned about khajuraho. If you asked something through email they will not answer and never read emails. I checked there are plenty of hotels available in both places for yatri4 Travels. I am totally harassed by the misbehavior and poor service so far with communication and no coordination. All the calls have been made by me because it is my money and the travel agent does not worry about this. I called international calls more than Rs 10000. I gave them my brother’s local number to communicate but they never call. My brother Suresh Rajak tried to sort out my issue and made number of calls. At the end they confirmed my 3 days booking in Agra cheap non Air Condition hotel. If you asked them then they says since the booking information was got lately from customers side. How one can justify that a sum of Rs 12,999 for 3 days in Non Air Condition room. They are not listening to customer request Website www.yatri4travel.com, Email

They cheated and harassed me a lot and I mentally loose peace and patience. I lost around together. I have all the documents related to the issue, emails and some telephonic conversation. I want my money back and teach them a lesson so they cannot harass people. Right now I am working for Kuwait oil company in Kuwait. One can understand how dearer the international calls.
