Regarding bus cancelling without any information - Abhibus.com and Tanvi transport (Mumbai)

Hello sir/Madam
My self Mohammad Akbar Ganjur from Hubli Karnataka, As I and my cousin we were about to travel from Mumbai to Ahmedbad at 07-12-2018 and I had booked the bus tanvi travels by online portal Ixigo of fare 1200/- and it was handled by abhi bus.com and we got the intimation to come near ONGC our reporting 10:00 pm and the departure time was 10:15 pm,So according we reached at the place at 9:00 pm but there is office of there travel agency nor any person it was a highway the address which has been given us except we two member there were no any other person. And in the booking invoice they had mentioned 3 contact number which I have attached here,9833004085, 9029200686, 9820692869. We have call the 3 numbers but purposely they were switch off and We contacted to the costumer care executive 4-5 times as the first time they told me that they cannot get in touch with the bus travel, after half n hour later we afgain contacted to costumer care executive as they told please wait they will contact you they will arrive shortly the same matters was repeated us for 3 time and the 4th time they informed us bus is delayed. So according them we stood till 01:00 am at the bandra highway we did not get any response from them.After that we heir a auto to borivili.As we reached borivili on the fare of 500/-(Five hundred rupees) by facing lots of problems.as we reached borivili there where no buses available, and there were some travel agency but they too did not give responce for the booking.We stood there for another half n hour after that we got a bus 2:30am but the driver gave us a condition that i will allow you in bus but till the surat you have to still in the cabin later after surat i will allot you the seat.and we aggred for it and we gave the fare 2600/- ( two thousand six hundred rupees) of two persons. This was our very bad experience. Hope you take our matter serious. Because what ever we have faced this should not be happen with any other person or any ladies.
