Sir, I have booked a ticket on 01st April 2019 through UPSRTC online booking channel from Lucknow to Anand Vihar ISBT for 01st April itself for Rs. 1240. When I stepped-up in the bus, the bus conductor informed us that your online booking is cancelled and you have to take a new ticket (I recorded video of the bus conductor accepting that the online amount will be refunded and you have to buy a new ticket). After confirming with the UPSRTC Helpline(We didn't received any message regarding the cancellation), we bought new ticket and were assured to get the refund(Rs. 1240) within 7-10 days. After 15th April, I started calling Helpline number 1800-180-2877, they told me to contact their refund team through contact +91 - 8756888110. But this contact number is not picking the call and always busy and unavailable daily after then. I contacted Helpline again for help, But they directly ignored that they will not be able help me, and I can contact anyone I want. I have raised my concern to the UPSRTC Grievance system with docker no. GTRRM00062186, but it is also not updating the same and it is more than a month again. I got a convincing mail saying that we are checking at our end. But again after few days of waiting, I started checking out the mails for refund. Then I didn't get response any more. I then filed a online complaint in consumer forum and waited for reply from their end, but after 3 weeks I contacted their helpline and got to know about the issue in category/sub-category defining. I again lodged a complain with correct category and waited for the response. But I didn't got any. I called them for response, but got to know that we will do a final settlement call to them via email and wait for 5 days. After mailing and waiting for 5 days, I again called the team and got response that your complaint is being disposed off due to delay in reaching the consumer forum. On 11th Jan, I called again and got to know that I can complain on Consumer Court regarding the same.
