Makemytrip booking denied after reaching hotel made us to book other hotel paying again

Negligence in booking hotel booking made us stay outside for more then 7 hours
We had book the package for Rajasthan for 9 nights 10 days customized trip in makemytrip site. First payment was made on 11th October 2015 (Rs 24,335.00 was spent on your Credit Card 5546XXXXXXXX5643 on 11-OCT-15 at MAKEMYTRIPINDIA PVT). Travel coordinator ID is Kanchan.Negi@makemytrip.in. She had taken our booking on behalf of MMT.
Now come to issue:
We had book Zo rooms at Udaipur as per MMT vouchers (snapshot attached). When we reach Udaipur Zo rooms hotel person was denied the booking so we called MMT customer care they just keep us on hold for 13 minutes and no response so we called Kanchan Negi she pick the call thrice and took 15 minutes, 20 minutes and 30 minutes respectively. Later Kancahan did not pick the call et all. She made my family to sit outside the hotel for hours. First call made at 2:23 PM on Saturday 26th December. We were keep trying calling customer call they just keep transferring my call to other persons and ask same story later keep the call for hold then disconnect. There were not even response or tell us to book on our own later we can refund nothing. We were frustrated calling.

Kanchan number: 43 times. (All snapshots as a proof is attached).
This drama continued till evening 7:30 PM so it was the time for us to act so started searching hotels but almost all hotel was booked due to time waste hoping service from MMT. At last around 8 or 8:30 we got very low standard hotel that too for high price 2000 per night. This was the only hotel left with single room.
I do have all contacts of Hotel personals, driver and persons I meet while searching hotel as a proof.
So not I am expecting the compensation based on above complete details. I am not only expecting money refund of hotel , I need compensation for phone calls made, mental pressure you people given us, due to your mistake we stayed in substandard hotel, to the time we spent sitting outside and roam around to find hotels.
If you people didn’t come to me in 2 days means I will take this matter to consumer court as I mention and data attached I can approach court.
Please keep some service oriented people in team , Indian ladies are known for big heart but some people like Kanchan we may feel its becoming worst.
