Sir/Madam,
I planned family vacation at Port Blair & Havelock, Andaman & Nicobar Island from 19.01.16 to 24.01.16. For vacation I made all booking of flight, cruise & hotel before starting of my travel. For my comfortable travel I made all booking before starting of my travel. I made hotel booking on 10.06.2016.
I made some hotel booking from internet portal http://www.goibibo.com. Details of my hotel booking is given below.

I was enjoying my vacation with my family till 1700Hrs of 21 Jan 16. On 21 Jan I reached Hotel Shompen, Port Blair for check in. But I was surprised that there is no booking in Hotel Shompen against my online booking. Then I contacted http://www.goibibo.com hotline number +919213025552 regarding booking status. Then I come to know that Hotel Shompen did not confirm my booking. I was also told that http://www.goibibo.com (+91 124 6777005) called me at 12:07 of Hrs 21 Jan 16. As that time I was on beach so I can’t pick the phone. I make a call them but phone is not connected. Goibibo also told me that they send me email at 1208 Hrs. No SMS was send to me. After communicating with Goibibo they fail to provide me room in Hotel Shompen. I talked Mr Varun & Mr Sujit regarding my booking but nothing happen. I told Goibibo to send their local representative Mr Hemraj to help me in finding room but no help was received. So I made request to refund my money because Goibibo fail to provide me room in Hotel Shompen. I have to wait more than 2 Hrs at hotel reception with my family. We are feeling very shamefull & everyone was looking for us. So I make other arrangement for that night. I made check in in Hotel Shompen on 22 Jan 16 & continue my trip.
I have some question regarding this booking.
1. When check in time is 815 Hrs, why Goibibo contact me at 1207 Hrs via email & phone call?
2. Why no SMS is being send to me by Goibibo?
3. As everyone knows that internet connectivity is very very poor in Havelock, why email is being send to me?
As per my Goibibo account I travelled my above booking.
I need my booking money & compensation for this booking.
