I have not received a single issue of the National Geographic Magazine since I renewed my Print + Digital subscription in January 2016. This was part of a combo offer with the Economist and I had paid Rs. 6000.Customer reference no. was 07110008. The subscription services of National Geographic in India are provided by Amar Chitra Katha with whom I registered a complaint by email on 6 March. Yet, after many emails and assurances from ACK Ltd., I am yet to receive a single magazine issue.I have email trails and payment receipts for proof. You could reach me on +919893145607.
