Abusive behavior while I ask to not cut my toll as waited there for appx. more than 2 min at gt road karnal toll tax of amount rs 145 and my vehicle no. is HR33H0577. And this is also given in NHAI rule book that a vehicle have nit to be waited for more than 10 seconds if they have to then thrir toll money will be refunded. So, kindly refund my toll amount at 9996279007. I shall be highly thankful to you.
