Dear Sir/Madam,

I registered complaint 7 time in luminous customer care for battery but problem could not resolved till now battery backup is 3 OR 2.40 HR AT 150W loud inverter set is in warranty
Last complaint No—4006150164
I am suffering same problem from last year ,as you can see my first complaint .
I hope you will do needful.
