I am hemant bagwe ,purchess Samsung led from ganesh electronics,opp sarvesh hall, dombivali -E,on 09/10/16 with 1 year garenty.within 6 months found problem in TV,so I called Samsung technician. he came and said TV have softwere problem, but your TV from honkong so only 5 months warrenty giving by Samsung.so I contact my dealer, he said I will send my technician,dont worry.till today no technician contact me. I complaint so many time but no response from dealer
